Residence Inn by Marriott Wichita Falls

Definitely in my top 3 best hotel stays ever and I have been in 4 states in 2 weeks so I stay at hotels often. The room was perfect. I wish I could find a studio apartment this size and layout. I would live at this hotel if I could. Couch and bed were both comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. The lighting was nice and bright throughout. The tv was a smart tv so I could stream my shows. Breakfast was good. Staff were amazing. I will be back soon for sure. Thank you!

Everything was great, I spoke with Trevor, he checked me into my room. He also gave me the pool table supplies. Really good guy, and he answered all my questions! I also spoke Christina, she was so nice, and professional. She also answered any questions I had! I will be telling my boss to book us here and nowhere else when we travel to Wichita Falls! Only rated 4 stars instead of 5 is the soap in the shower sucks!!!! Also the shower is very slippery, THAT’S all the bad I can come up with! The photos on here already on here, due this hotel justice! Very nice hotel!

April 17-18, 2025-Highly recommend! This is a luxury-like hotel at an affordable rate. Clean, comfortable and great customer service! Top notch cleanliness from the lobby to the public restrooms to the halls and the rooms. Very clean! new and modern designed rooms. Clean and comfortable linens for the pull out sofa bed, the king bed was ultra comfortable with 4 pillows. The bed is a nice balance between firm and soft. The pillows are plush. Clean spacious kitchenette with fridge, cooktop, sink & bar stools. The bathroom has a nice feature with the hot/cold adjustment faucet on the opposite side from the shower head, so no getting blasted with cold water while turning it on. The towels are a nice heavy quality and plenty of hot water! We would stay here again!! The lady at check in was helpful, courteous and welcoming! Nice breakfast spread included with reservation and a nice clean sitting area inside and outside! Clean 24 hour work out facility and a laundry area.

We stayed here last minute due to thunderstorms and bad weather. We booked a single suite, but it ended up being a handicap-accessible room—not sure why. It was fine overall, but it would’ve been nice if the front desk had mentioned that when we checked in. Everything in the room was lowered, and the tub bench wouldn’t fold up, which made the tub feel smaller. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious! We made waffles with the waffle maker, though there wasn’t any pancake batter at first—but the staff quickly brought more when we asked, which was great. We also got to enjoy the amenities—the gym and even a basketball game using the hotel’s ball, which was fun. Since we had extra time, we did laundry in the on-site laundromat. It was convenient that they provided laundry soap and dryer sheets. Each washer and dryer was $3, but they fit a lot—we’re a family of four and got everything done in one load. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely come back again.

New and very nice property. Outdoor pool, fitness center, fire pit, sport court, grill, game room with pool table and arcade. Rooms are spacious and squeaky clean. Trevor at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.

Fabulous place to stay!!! The most important features that I look for in reviews when shopping for a place to stay is that it is clean and comfortable and this Marriott location definitely provides that! Everything looks brand new and is absolutely immaculate! Veronica definitely appears to truly care about her part in providing exemplary service and contributing to a positive guest experience! Thank you, Veronica! Every hotel or resort is going to be burdened by some degree of noise from other guests or nearby traffic...and every staff member is understandably subject to a bad day... These things typically are not as important to me if the bathroom and bed are clean and comfy. Ultimately each hotel experience often boils down to whether it was pleasant, comfortable, and clean OR creepy, gross, and disgusting. In this case my experience was beyond fantastic and worthy of way more than 5 stars!!

Great stay. Used hotel points to stay here. Clean room, friendly/professional staff. Breakfast is standard and pet deposit is a friendly $75.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and professional! The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was pretty good and fresh!
